How it works

  1. Step 1:

    Link to a project

    Every study is linked to a project registered on the platform, so it inherits that project's sector, location, classification and access scope.

  2. Step 2:

    Gather the sources

    Source documents are uploaded and processed. Every statement in the study points back to where it came from.

  3. Step 3:

    Move through gates

    The study moves through an initial screening and successive decision gates (G0 to G8). No gate advances without a recorded human decision.

  4. Step 4:

    Review and approve

    AI-assisted drafts stay under review until a specialist approves them. Uncertainty is stated, never hidden.

  5. Step 5:

    Use the decision

    The approved study feeds the project profile, conversations with funders and the Authority's investment prioritisation.
